RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At The Late Night Gallery, every piece is created with care and made specifically for your order. If something isn’t right, we’re committed to making it right.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@thelatenightgallery.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item received

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

LOST PACKAGES

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

After reviewing the shipment status, we will work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided and the package cannot be delivered, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order once the correct address has been confirmed.

UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is returned because it was not claimed or collected by the recipient, additional shipping charges may apply if the order is reshipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size (Refer to size charts)
• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Accidental purchases
• Requests made after the 7-day reporting period

Please review all product details, sizing information, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.

EU CUSTOMERS

For customers located within the European Union, certain products may be exempt from cancellation or withdrawal rights when they are made to the customer’s specifications or produced specifically upon order.
